Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order and pay, an e-mail about order number from paypal will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us directly at Live Chat or via e-mail at yywzp990@yahoo.com or via MSN: kistea@hotmail.com

If you use paypal to pay, your paypal email will receive the order confirmation. If you don't have paypal, when paying, please choose "pay with credit card or debit card" and leave us a note or manually write us an email to confirm so that we can notify you the shipping information in the later time.

Orders usually ships within 24-36 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours inform your order has been shipped with tracking numbers. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 7-15 days for delivery.

Orders May Be Delayed or can not be sent out for the Following Reasons:

A product is currently out of stock.

Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or blocked we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.
